Welcome to Fern Pediatric Endocrinology! Opening in December 2025, our clinic is a pediatric subspecialty office that sees children aged 0-17 years for a wide range of pediatric endocrine conditions, such as diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and hormone-related conditions.  A referral is required prior to an initial consultation. Please have a physician or nurse practitioner fax a referral to 587-887-0028. We would be honoured to be a part of your child's medical care.
